Book an appointment.

To start, simply click the "Book Now" button on our website. You'll be directed to a page where you can select the type of massage you're interested in, as well as the date and time that works best for you. Please be sure to fill out our release forms before your first visit.

Once you've selected your massage type and appointment time, you'll be asked to provide some basic contact information, including your name, email address, and phone number. This information is necessary for us to confirm your appointment and reach out to you if we need to make any changes.

After you've provided your contact information, you'll have the option to provide any additional information or requests you may have. For example, you may have specific areas of tension or pain that you'd like them to focus on during your session.

Below you will find in the document link, a first-time intake form and policy notification form. Please fill out and bring with you, or it can be completed at your arrival.

Finally, you'll be asked to provide payment information to secure your appointment. We use a secure payment processor to ensure your information is kept safe.

Once you've completed the booking process, you'll receive a confirmation email with all of the details of your appointment. You'll also receive a reminder email a day or two before your appointment, so you don't forget.
